Learning outcomes

After this course students:

  • can identify priorities, goals and indicators of state and municipal policy in SWM
  • have knowledge in distribution of power between different level in SWM and redistribution of competences
  • be able to perform municipal level control of SWM programs
  • be able to make comparative analyzes of legislative approaches and regulations in this sphere (Russia, EU, Kazakhstan)

  • can apply the mechanism of  decision-making process;
  • be able to analyze and revise public and municipal governance in SWM
