Learning outcomes
After this course students:
- can identify priorities, goals and indicators of state and municipal policy in SWM
- have knowledge in distribution of power between different level in SWM and redistribution of competences
- be able to perform municipal level control of SWM programs
- be able to make comparative analyzes of legislative approaches and regulations in this sphere (Russia, EU, Kazakhstan)

- be able to analyze and revise public and municipal governance in SWM
