Learning outcomes
After this course students:
- can demonstrate their ability to differentiate business models for waste prevention
- can choose sustainable business strategies and tools at the company level
- can implement CP methodology
- can formulate a problem related to waste management and waste prevention
- can find a source of waste and suggest the best available techniques and best practices to minimize the source of waste or deny it
Competences obtained by students:
- be able to steer the processes of industrial production in a sustainable manner
- be able to make suggestions for further actions for waste prevention
- be able to collect data and prepare a feasibility study for the project on waste treatment or waste prevention
- have skills and competences to develop environmental and sustainability management systems for organizations
